The toys I purchased for two toddlers were well received. They've enjoyed playing with the toys.

I love the two kissing Snow Man and Snow Lady I purchased. They fit perfectly into the ground and were fairly sturdy. I was gentle with them and had no problems.

Nice quality items and easy ordering. I used to order from you but have moved and do not recieve your catalogs anymore...This was a gift for my niece and she loved it...

The flameless votives were great, and the window candles worked okay. But the candles are easy to come off the holders, & I felt they were a little overpriced. The room humidifiers don't really work all that well. I couldn't tell any difference while they were being used. Overall, I would have been happier with being charged $10.00 less for this order.

Collections etc is awesome

Service /delivery was quick. My husband likes the nfl slippers, says they're nice and cushiony but can't wear them outside. My 3 year old grandson loves the praying bear.

You should mention that you need to put the credit card number in backwvards.

Everything was as expected

Received 9 of 10 items ordered. Item # ******* (Fiber Optic Winter Wonderland Canvas) is supposedly on back-order, expected ship date is 02/05/2016... please confirm. Thank You Terry Johnson

The only problem I had was with one item I had put in my cart and when I went to check out it said it was out of stock, then I had to go back into shopping and select another item...should have been notified of out of stock earlier.

It was a very enjoyable experience.

The quality was less than expected. The doggy coats (4) did not fit - they were cut really weird I will have to re-make them.

The oven liner is flimsy dont know what I can do with the little one. Thought I was getting 2 big ones.

Have done most of my Christmas holiday shopping through Collections Etc and it's been a breeze! One shipment was two weeks late, yet arrived after Christmas undamaged and everything was there, as ordered.
