Although my experience was good I had to return the item because it was a bedspread I ordered and when it arrived it was too flowery for my husband's taste...the photo did not seem to have such predominant flowers but when it arrived we felt it was not right for us.

I was very pleased with the quickness of my order being filled and shipped out. I will,no doubt,be shopping here again. And will recommend Collections Etc. to others.

The wall lamp I ordered is missing one leaf. I did not feel it justified a return, but the missing part is very noticeable and I am replacing it with a paper one. Better quality control on the items from China needs to be in place.
