The silicone oven guards were stained very badly on the first use and will not clean up well.
Found what I needed however, the solar light that fits over a gutter railing was not worth the money, which was 12.99. I would recommend that item be discontinued.

I've been a Collections Etc. customer for many years. Once in a while I get something that is not exactly what I expected, but 99% of the time I'm totally happy with my purchases. I love this company!
I received wrong items in my first shipment. When I called, the customer service rep was very helpful in getting the order straightened out. Everything made it in time for Christmas. What more could I ask for. THank you.

Very easy website, a lot of bargains. Received all of my order in one shipment and in less than a week. Loved the wreath can used it the rest of the winter.
Christmas presents for others
Terrible service, order taker didn't know how to direct me for on line ordering, third person offered to transfer me to customer service. Customer Service Rep didn't know how to do much of anything. After third request I finally got a supervisor. The jury is out on what will be accomplished.
Got my order. The only negative is entry bench. The holes for the screws do not line up so it is lopsided. I doubt sending it back/exchanging it will change anything.
I did not like the Angel I ordered. She does not look anything like in the pic. She has all the material unside down and this was on two different ones sent to me. Also the ivy "print" is not printed in the material it is a sticker that came off before I received the first one and on the second one was peeling.
I love everything I order but this was just one thing that I has received that was not up to collections stanards. They always sent the BEST
