Good Experience. I love the black wool hat with the pretty flower. Although I have not yet had an opportunity to wear my pretty hat, it fits me perfectly and looks good on me as well. I love the pretty antique like gold wreath hanger that works perfectly holding my pink wreath on the outside of my apt. Door. I am happy with this purchase of both products described above.

Some of the items I wished to purchase were sold out. But I did appreciate your offering PayPal as a payment option.

I'm a when i want it, i want it now person so it was hard waiting for order to arrive, but arrive it did and on time when promised. Was pleased with products ordered, some more so than others in box, but all were as shown in catalog. I ordered Christmas items (decos) for both inside and out. Am very pleased thus far. Always read reviews before purchase so this order went as expected.

I have shopped at collectionsetc.com for several years, and have always enjoyed ease of ordering, prompt delivery and great products. The few occasions that I spoke with customer service my problem was easily solved by a helpful and respectful representative.

My overall experience was good. I ordered twice for Christmas gifts. However, the second order took 2 days to even show up as you were working on it. It was supposed to be here on the 21st of Dec but didn't show up until the 22nd leaving me to purchase another gift to send instead.

I love the dollhouse furniture so far!
