I don't know how to return I don't have the receipt. Just two out of 5 not bad

I order products from Collections, Etc. frequently. Delivery is always prompt and products are always good quality.

The sofa cover and love seat were to narrow. The width of each one needs to be at least 4 inches more.

I have my copy of order confirmation from Order number ******* placed on 12/3/2015 at 3:26a.m. I do not understand what happened to the order itself? It was not charged to my account. I would like some answers on what happened. I have patiently been waiting arrival of the package to find out its not even coming is very upsetting.

I didn't receive one of the items, I called and they are sending the item out to me.

I RECEIVED MY ITEM IN EXCELLENT TIME EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DURING THE HOLIDAYS. BUT, THE ITEM CAME IN FOUR PARTS MARKED A, B, C, AND D. UNFORTUNATELY, I RECEIVED TWO PART D'S INSTEAD. I WAS ABLE TO IMPROVISE THE ART I PURCHASED INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT.

Received everything as ordered. The order was delayed by weeks, but did arrive in tact.
