Collectionsetc.com has been quite satisfactory when I order from them. This last order was fun as two of the items were a surprise for friends. They had never seen the product before and as it related to one of their passions - dachshounds - they were very excited to receive the statue with changeable costumes.

The rug I purchased met my expectations, but, the table was not the best craftsmanship. However, since I am using the table in a craft room, it is okay.

I find some nice Christmas items...a door Christmas decoration...with an owl. Next year we will be in our own home and I can't wait to decorate for Christmas.

I could not sign into my account. I requested my password over 4 times and never got an email with it. I called Customer Service 4 times and reached people who couldn't speak English. I had to create a different account under my Mother's name in order to not miss out on the promo code.
