When I called customer service they were non English speaking and not helpful. I bought items at 1am on the 5th and at 5pm on the 7th the items were cheaper and I could not get an adjustment on the price, and the rep was not friendly or nice. He just kept reciting unhelpful nonsense.

1 item purchased wasn't advertise eith the actual measurements, so was disappointed also the hooded sweater was too small for a 10-12 lb puppu

Some items was lower yesterday and now they went up 2 dollars also odering from the last time I still have not receive my 15 dollar off this purchase. And this order is $20 dollars for the next.that $ 45 dollars I could save. It be awhile before I order again.Thanks Could use my $15 dollar.
