Product pricing is great; shipping costs are too high!

My items were received early and packaged well. The items were as described and lovely. These items were gifts and everyone loved them. I will be back to shop with you again.

Processing fee too high. Do you do product testing before you put an item in your catalogue? I.E. Does the thermometer really work?

There are times I buy products that are not worth the value you ask, I feel since I pay what I do for these items, that sending them back is more of a cost for me! I just as well would rather throw them away or find someone whom would get better use of them than I would!

I have shopped at collections etc for several years and have always been well satisfied.
