Takes too long. Couldn't get you to take my address, took me 10 tries
To finally say use the old one. I thought it was free shipping, but I guess

A lot of nice items with good prices.

I love ordering from Collections. The catalog is always fun to go through & I am always satisfied w/the quality of the mdse. At great prices and ease of ordering.

My only concern is that your computer does not recognize a PO Box along with the physical address when both are typed in. I was told that the computer was confused?!? It is more like the person filling out the paperwork was confused. Instead of using the physical address (if that was confusing) then use the PO Box. I hope that someone will look into this matter and take care of it for others. Thank you.

I was good with things

The Fisher Price Toy I ordered did not work. It was a Christmas present and I had to return it to the store after Christmas.

My card used on Paypal had expired - it would've been nice for someone in your order dept. to call and let me know that my order had not been shipped due to an error in payment but I just kept waiting and waiting for the order to arrive. I had a family party on 12/20/16 and the package didn't arrive in time for the party. I was very disappointed.

The orthopedic seat cushion is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I would shop again

I have ordered from Collections in the past and have been satisfied and feel like I've gotten things for a good price. This time there was a mistake in the order, and I did not receive an item in time for a Christmas present because a wrong item was sent in its place. I was disappointed, but mistakes do happen. I will order from Collections again unless I have other mistakes happen.

I ordered a last minute Christmas gift and had it shipped to them. They received it and loved the gift.
Made it so much easier for me to have the gift shipped for me.

On the doll furniture, it would be better if they did not have non-removable pillows on the bed and chairs because my granddaughter can't put her little dolls on them because the pillows are in the way!

I can only say, I wish I had a million dollars! The products are EXCELLENT & the QUALITY IMPRESSIVE, PRICES PERFECT. My husband gets very nervous when he catches me with catalog in hand. I can easily find at the very least 3 items on EVERY PAGE I would like to order. There is only ONE THING I DISLIKE ABOUT COLLECTIONS ETC... IS: Trying to reduce the items in my shopping-cart down to what I just have to have now.
