Was disappointed that as I was shopping, things that I had picked to purchase were being bought by other people even though I had placed them in my cart...was very disappointed in this. Almost canceled whole order. So system should be set to hold item for purchase as customer continues shopping and item had been placed in cart.

I LOVE Collections Etc. They have the most unique and quality products. I shop for gifts, myself, clothing, my home, decorating, patio, garden, and seasonal items. Their products give me ideas and solutions for every room in my house! Every gift I have ever given from Collections Etc. have been received with enthusiasm, appreciation and wonder as to where I got such unique/beautiful/quality items. I shop with them frequently, I just wish they had better shipping deals; either a flat rate per item ($2), or a lower minimum for fee shipping ($30). I don't mind the processing fee, because that is what they do! I will keep shopping Collections Etc. for new and unique items!
The Allison balloon curtains are lovely but will not work for our particular Windows. I regret that I will need to return them. Thank you.
Love the novelty cat design items which are hard to find as well as the wolf themed items.
