I started ordering from Collections over the phone and now I enjoy ordering on line! I can see the products and get the descriptions and prices. Easy!

Item received was exactly as advertised.

I'm a little disappointed with the shower curtains, but I can straighten them out. They look like a 2 yr. Old cut them.

Item was on backorder and was to arrive on the 22nd of January. It arrived on the 16th of January. Glad that they are sent as soon as possible. Waiting on another due on the 29th. Hope it comes early also.

I was sent the wrong item, I called and received the right one, and didn't have to return the wrong one,so didn't have to deal with postage or going to post office. 1st time to have that happen. Everything I got was nice, and as expected. Will order from there again.

The pricing is very reasonable and any and all products I have purchased are just what I expected

Loved everything and will order again

I received what I ordered. I was a little dissappointed with one item but it was a matter of personal taste. There wasn't anything wrong with it, it just wasn't what I thought it would be and what I wanted.

Have shopped for years mostly through the catalog & have been satisfied with just about everything. It was different online trying to find somethings but was successful.
