This is a reorder of an item that was such a hit this Christmas that we needed a few more to add to the fun. HILARIOUS HAT appeals to all ages!
Merchandise was as described and delivered in a timely fashion
I continually got a box telling me my address was incorrect and that I needed to enter a Apt. #. I don't live in a apartment! I entered and re-entered all my information over and over and over and over etc. etc. Etc. I went into my account and updated all my information but I still kept getting the same box asking me for my apt. #. I completely canceled and deleted the entire order and started all over again, only to get the same box asking for my apt. #. This all took place over a two day period. After about 20 or 25 tries I was finally able to complete the transaction. I am really upset with this whole experience and I don't know if I will order from you again. I will wait and see if I get my order with no further issues.
I don't like the processing fee.
A fast way to order
I was very unhappy with the way the package was secured. There was one piece of tape across the top opening. The items could have fallen out. They did not but that does excuse the packaging. I am happy with all of my items.
When shopping, when I found an item I liked, I would place it the cart. When I was ready to check out, not all of the items were in the cart, realized if I clicked on check out from my cart, I could see all the items, I had made so many additions and subtractions to the cart trying to find everything I had ordered, that I finally gave up and only ordered a few items. Lesson learned. Have a great new year!
This was added on 1/19/2016, I did receive all the items that I ordered on Dec. 30,2015, and recently placed an order for some other items, I did not have any problems placing that order.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
