I sent you a e-mail about items missing from a precious order and have not gotten a reply. This may be my last order...
I ordered #******* - gathered bodice gown and do not like it. I wanted to return it but am unable to drive due to being in a wheelchair after a major foot operation. I will not order any more clothes = they sure look better in the magazines. I'm happy with the other purchases.

Bought cover for lounge chair, but keeps slipping down. Elastic does not hold on to anything.

The gel cushion is an excellent product for my aging mother. The price was unbelievable since this cushion is very costly to buy in a local store.

I bought the hgtv out of the air and it stinks it dosent work the rest of my order was ok

I returned the furniture feet on 1/9/16 they was delivered back to the return center on 1/11/16 for exchange to the larger size and haven't heard anything on the status of them. Please adize

The boxes came pretty beat up... the shipping boxes could have been taped up a bit better... even the postman stated that because it was falling apart.

I love Collections, Etc. But I get way too many catalogs via the USPS and my mailman is upset with me. And I don't need that many because I always go online to look.

I am satisfied with my purchases. The valances were just what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. I was using a standard rod and they were very tight, but I was able to get them on the rod.
