The buttons on the hat are not;placed in an easy to get to position. The hat is very big and doesn't sit well on my head. I reallyu don't like like too much but it is not worth returning at the price I paid for it.

The 3 items came in 3 separate shipments, the final one today.

I'm usually very satisfied with the items I order from Collections. Very rarely do I have to send anything back. The latest items I received weren't the best quality, but for the price, I couldn't expect any thing else.

Have ordered many times always pleased and if a return is needed it has been taken care of without any problems

You should freeze item when selected until checkout. Items are sold out before I check out.
