Easy and no problems
BEWARE if item is broken/defective & is needing to be replaced. They charge you for item, before they can ship it back out to you, then they refund it back to you WITHOUT WARNING! My funds wete on hold for one week, then another week to process back to me. 2 weeks w/o $$$It's also dissapointing that products are still shown on site, even though they are SOLD OUT. Misleading, to think I can purchase an item presenting "in stock", & it is no longer available or sold out.
Service and delivery is always in a timely manner.

Everything was fine
Was please with highlighters and bedspread. I haven't washed bedspread so hopefully it will be ok, if not will comment. Pretty blue color and nice price for tailored bedspread.
