I was unable to order several item due to size unavailability.
Haven't put the baker's rack together yet.
The email I received said "Did you receive your Order". No where so far have I been able to let you know that I did not receive all of my order. I order 4 things at one time, I have received 3 of them. When I placed my order it said that Item #******* was on backorder and that when it was shipped I would be notified by email. I received no such email and then I got an email that said #******* and #******* had been shipped and received. #******* came in a white plastic envelope all by itself but I have never received #*******. Would you please check this out and let me know what happened? Thank you, Sharon W. Adams

My only wishes are that you switch to Fed-E as delivery service, the delivery service you use in our area is not of a very high reputation, and that you offer a toll free number to settle disputes or questions, even possible orders from older people, who don't use online shopping sites much.
