I've bought products from Collections Etc. for many years. Products were always of good quality, fast service, easy purchasing from the on line site, and I would recommend them to others, however, this is the first time I have ever had to call Customer Service about the product I purchased.
I'm afraid my Pressure Cooker doesn't work. I am going to try a few more days to get it to work to make sure it's not something I'm doing wrong, if it continues to refuse to work, I will call Customer Service to see how to go about sending it back.
I have never had a problem with a product purchased from Collections before, I am confident they will make it right.
