We finally received the package on 01/16/16 and requested a return label to return it due to dissatisfaction with merchandise quality and value. The package was returned on 01/19/16 via USPS with return label provided addressed to: Attn: Returns 4800 PROVISO DR. MELROSE PARK IL *******. Tracking #9202 3946 5306 8000 1988 18.
Subsequent calls to Collections.ETC.com were not received by customer service personnel in a courteous manner. Their "CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS" leave a lot to be desired. If that is the best Collections, ETC. com can offer, we will take our business elsewhere.
