I had a code for my order for free shipping and placing the order and putting in the code when I clicked
Place order the free shipping disappeared from my order. I immediately contacted customer service and received a reply that said there was no such thing as free shipping. So I reputed it, and the next day
Received an apology stating that I did indeed have a right to free shipping, and that the charge would be removed. So I will check my bank statement carefully when I receive it.
