Quality is always very good. When my recent order arrived, however, I wasn't happy that I was sent an incorrect item. Customer Service assured me I would receive the correct item within 7-10 days and I wouldn't be charged a second time and I should keep the item sent to me in error. This was fine, except when the item came I had to make another call because the accompanying paperwork indicated that I had been charged again. Customer Service once again assured me I would only be charged one time for the item.
