Great Products for the price.
The bra extenders were not really what I expected. It should 3 different sizes and I only received 3 large ones. I had to cut them in half to make them work. So not 100% satisfied with the product but I love your site!

Interaction with your staff an A+. The product reshipment was OK. Only problem was with the hook openings on the back obscured by the art metal. Managed to hang it with some "engineering". Looks great!

I wish I had received an email saying that the item I had ordered was on back order. The other thing is your shipping is why out of line. I bought a $9.99 item which ended up costing me over $ 20, which is outrageous. I wish the outlet store was still available. I bought more items there then from the online or mailed catalog. The shipping costs need to be reduced big time!

In the past, ordering from collections, I have nothing but good things to say about the shopping experience, the delivery time, the price and the products. But in this last order I was so disappointed with the purple pant suit that I didn't bother wasting my time sending it back. The material was awful and it did not do the picture in the magazine justice at all. The other product order in this shipment (The last Supper, tabletop) and the butterfly ring was excellent, the type of quality product I'm use too purchasing from you. I never received item #*******, the crinkle split skirt (navy blue) and in fear that it may disappoint me as the pant suit did, I'm requesting that you don't bother sending it to me. Thanks for the opportunity to allow me to vent. The low ratings are only in reference to the pantsuit and I'm sure the skirt (even though I haven't physically seen it).
