Customer service is awesome!

I was disappointed that one of the items I really wanted was still in the catalog and showed two items were left and then when I clicked on it to add it to the cart it showed that it was no longer in stock. I really wanted the cute holiday pillow with the two puppies! Don't follow up unless you can find me that pillow cover. Thanks.

I have shopped at Collections Etc. for a few years and I have never been disappointed in their merchandise or their service. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. I love the fact that I can afford to shop for decorations for all the holidays and the four seasons. I also like the fact that they carry lodge/cabin merchandise so I can add things to my home decor.

I ordered the do it yourself will kit and was extremely happy with it. My husband and I filled it out and had our bank notarize it for us. The only discrepancy was that the paperwork said that the people working at the bank could witness it. They said they aren't allowed to so I had to call in some witnesses. That was the ONLY problem and we were able to overcome it easily.

I received my order in just a few days and am happy with the quality of the rugs and candleholders. I am happy with my shopping experience.

I have been very satisfied with the various items I have ordered.

The couch and loveseat covers I received look nice but will not stay in place when someone sits on either couch even after tucking them into the cushions. So I am now using the couch and loveseat back cover part all the way under the cushions so they don't come out of my leather furniture. They still come out. There is no way to fasten them around the back to stay in place.

Very difficult to find the items I was looking for from the catalog. Waited till after I checked out to tell me some items were not going to be shipped until march but these items are a birthday gift for a 6 year old girl and I need them in Feb. Did not have the items shown in the catalog and I could not order them.

Very favorable experience. However, your prices have gone up considerably since I first bought from you. I understand that they had to go up a bit, just be careful not to go too high or your value will not be worth a purchase.

I so much loved the metal wall hanging I ordered, that I ordered another for both of my children. Very beautiful, and the shadow it created on the wall, makes it look so unique.

Some of the items were mis sized and the cost to return them and ship them to begin with is like paying for the item and not getting it.
