I have enjoyed shopping with Collections etc for many years. Customer service is fantastic.

I purchased several items - the four lavender scented bags are very large which is what I needed but they are very thin and rip very easy. I would not recommend them. The solar heart had crystals missing Collections sent me a new one but this one doesn't work so I combined the parts and now what I ordered. I really love collections and have been a customer for over 16 years some of the items-- quality has declined.

Everything I ordered was exactly as pictured. Quality of order was excellent for the price.

Most of the items I have purchased I have been very pleased with the quality, there have been a few things I was disappointed with, but it would be too costly to return.

Wide selection of items for every room in the house and lots of fun decor for the garden. Prices are very reasonable. With Spring on the way, lots of new items to freshen up the yard and home.
