Lamp received in a timely manor and my wife is delighted with it for reading. It was very simple to assemble and seems to be of decent quality.

Item was not delivered but turned up a couple of days later. So I don't know if the delivery truck took it to another house or what happened? But, at least it was delivered.

Excellent backup from your "help" customer service line. Someone named "Naomi". She should be recognized or rewarded for the help she gave to me in placing a very confusing order.

Some of the products were not up to the usual standards that I have seen with Collections products in the past orders that I have placed.

I was very disappointed with both products and returned them. I was also upset I had to pay return postage - I've been a customer for years and bought a lot of products, with which I have been satisfied.
The timer's ring is so low and so short a time span that I barely heard it even being in the same room when it went off.
The curtains were of very poor quality and looked as if a beginner sewed them.

I will let you know once I receive my items. I have not received all of them yet. What I have received I do like.

First complaint is that the shams are not available for the bedspread I bought. Also, the bedspread sheds a lot, so I washed it before putting it on the bed. Now it looks terrible -- pills all over, and the dark blue color bled into the white snowflakes. All in all, the bedspread looked 20 years old the first time I put it on the bed. Would never buy again.

PS It is still shedding onto my blanket, sheets, and pillowcases!
