Easy. I would have liked to have three of the items mailed to different addresses directly, but didn't see how I could do it. Is it possible?

Usually I am very pleased with my orders, but this time not so much. When I opened my container the lamp was so firmly packed that the feathers bent back, and I'm sure it put the fibers in the lamp out of alignment that only half of the lamp now works. So I didn't send it back because technically it was my faults. So summing up, maybe the polystyrene should be slightly loser around the lamp.
