I used to order regularly but haven't since I moved a year or so ago. At my previous home, I decorated my entire back yard with your products and was extremely satisfied. I received your referenced order on 2/5. The lavender wreath was far from satisfactory-very inferior quality and not at all as pictured. I returned it to you on 2/6/15 and have not heard a word from you since except to participate in another survey! What is the status of my return?
