I did not receive 1 item that I ordered. You sent me a broken tote bag. 1 of the straps was broken. I had to wait another 2 weeks for the item I originally ordered.

GREAT-ITEMS ARE EASY TO FIND But, the colored pencils are very cheap, the led breaks not only when using the pencil, but when you sharpen them. Very disappointing.
