Items arrived on time and in good condition.
I ordered several items. I will only comment on the bedspread. I like it and will keep it, but your pictures are not truthful. They all show the bedspread handing over the sides and overhanging the bed skirt, which they don't do. The bedspread is made for a 4" mattress, and most mattresses are 6". The bed skirt is cheap, and I will have to make one to be sure it fits.

Overall product quality low. Fabric flowers crushed in packaging & won't recover normal shape. Resin bear set broke while trying to screw the 2 pieces together & had to Gorilla Glue back together. Eagle wall shelf does not have a flat surface - it is bowed up from center to both ends. Because of your highly penalizing return policy, I cannot afford to return any of the items. This will most likely be my final purchase from Collections, Etc.
