Was very satisfied with my order. And quick shipping process. Didn't like that my "free shipping" coupon ran out the day "before" I received the E=mail. But,overall,I was pleased.
One of the items I received was a turquoise bracelet. It arrived with 2 stones missing.
I will be calling... the cat doorstops look nothing like the pic, other than it's a cat... and the tiara is broke. Otherwise, with such a large order... wonderful! Love your company and products!

I have ordered from Collectionetc before and am always happy with the produces.Always happy with the products, they live up to their descriptions. Only problem I have is with the cheap cardboard boxes you use get smashed up. I know it is not your fault and more a problem with post office workers, but it bugs me to see the smashed boxes. Good thing you pack them good so the items inside do not get "bruised"
