I've ordered many items & have been very satisfied.

GREAT ITEMS AND REAL GOOD PRICES

Overall I am pleased with all purchases...the ones that have been disappointing is due to my NOT reading the entire description of the product but I did not return the items because of MY stupidity.

Just placed order with promo code 3W1DCPC for 10% off order + free shipping. Coupon was applied/accepted in cart, but there was no price change. I now have to email merchant to correct the credit card charge.

3/1/16 update: Merchant corrected the issue with a refund. Thank you very much! Just wish the online forms would work properly so I wouldn't have to go thru this again.

Although I haven't used the items as of yet, the products are made with good fabric. I know my twin girls will love the items when they use them for their bed. The price was very affordable as well, I shop often using Collections Etc, this company will never fail you and will always continue to shop with them.

I like that the shipping confirmation or the order confirmation show the items that are being purchased.This makes it easy to keep up with orders.

I like the selections of unique items. I wish that shipping and handling costs were not so high. It would help our state if you would collect sales tax at the time of purchase. Our state is so very dependent on sales tax, and I rather suspect that few declare such sales at tax time. It's something else to "keep up with" when it is time to file taxes. Your catalogs are full of "cute things."
