I have always been pleased with my orders from collections

OK. Frustrating to see x number of items still available and not able to purchase them through the clearance sale.

Love your merchandise and have been a customer for many years and I seldom have to return items. However, I will have to return some this time. Always love getting you catalogs. Count me in forever.

Glad to be able to order birthday gifts online and not have to get out in the cold weather. Most of the products I have ordered have been great and I have ordered a lot. I did get several with something wrong with then- missing piece, wrong piece, bent or just something simple but they were great to replace them.

Fairly good. Just out of a few sale items.

Customer Service Representative Jaime [sp?] was very helpful and Collectionsetc is sending me a replacement item for the defective one, which is to be thrown in the trash. I am quite satisfied with their attitude and method of adjustment. There were other options, but this is the one that I chose.
