My swan tea pot came cracked around the handel and neck
Beautiful table linens, very pleased. The wall hanging is very nice but could of been painted better. Some spots missing paint
The order I placed on 2/13/16 was received but with no hardware to put the backer's rack together. I called to request the hardware be sent to me but was told that could not be done. I was told to discard the one I had received and another backer's rack would be sent. I have yet to open the second one sent because I had to go out of town and a neighbor set it in my house. Needless to say, I was not very happy with Collection Etc.
