I have been shopping at Collectionsetc. For years, first by catalogue and then by internet. I will continue shopping with them because over the years I have enjoyed most of their products and most of their prices.
This time I ordered two My Pillows. I tried to sleep on mine for two nights and had a horrible neck ache for a week. It is the most UNCOMFORTABLE pillow I have ever tried to sleep on. My husband however has had more patience with his and has beaten it into shape. HE SORT OF LIKES IT!
$49.00 a pillow was not a bad price, but the pillows are way over rated!

You advertise $2.99 shipping, that's great, that's what made me look at your products today however I was VERY disappointed to see that I needed to pay a $2.25 processing fee (hidden fee). The price of the skirt was great but after the extra charges it was not a great bargain.
