So far fine. Had a bit of a snag with order but customer service took care of it. He was very patient. Received order and all items were fine. Quality fine, prices fine, order process fine. So still 5 stars from me.

Little misrepresentation when product not available

Find some unique and affordable products in your catalog.

The wrong color was shipped - I called to request a return and was told it would be emailed to me in 2 to 3 days. Almost a week has gone by and still no return authorization. You sell shoddy, cheap merchandise and it is reflected in your cheap and shoddy service. You got me once but I guarantee you will never receive another order from me. Shame on you.

Double shipped, but after all the years I have been a customer this is a first time this happened. Still my favorite place to shop for unique items.
