Not happy with hose holder. Hose does not fit.
Despite receiving a wrong item, I am very pleased with the service I received when I called about the issue. I was told to keep the wrong item, and I received the correct item a couple days ago. I shop this site quite a lot, and I will shop again soon. Thank you.

I ordered 2 wreaths. They are both nice. The problem with the one is that there are more flowers and decorations on one side than the other, so it does not hang straight on the wall. The side that has most of the decorations on it sticks out from the wall and the right side with the least decorations hangs directly against the wall, so it doesn't look right. It came with led lights, so I thought they were taking up space and I would remove them to get it to hang better. They only lit less than half the wreath and there were only maybe 5 lights on the strand--one strand on the wreath. The Family wall décor is pretty, but is made very cheap and does not hold together. I still can't figure out how to get it to hold together. When you put the screws in, it is very wobbly and will not stay together. It comes completely disassembled. The only way I think I can get it assembled so it will stay is to go out and buy washers and wood glue--not something the item comes with. And it is not made of wood, as described, it is made of particle board. That is not the same thing as wood--very misleading. Will not order from the company again.

Missing items.i returned the 2 watchs and am waiting for my 2 solar lanterns that was missing from my order. Instead the 2 watchs were in the box. I returned them using your return label on monday 3/14/16.Am currently waiting for missing items. Will let you know then if i am satisified.
