I will not use my regular charge card, so had to buy a girt card. I would have preferred to have written a check. Also I'll order something and when I go to check out THEN it says Sorry Sold Out. Why not when you actually order it and place in cart?

Very easy to order merchandise thru collections

I have been a customer with collections etc for about 20years. Most of the time everything is great, but I call when not happy. I do like most of what I order. The only problem is if it is something that is not satisfactory I must pay postage to return. Most companies are the same.
