Everything turned out fine with ease of purchase

The day I received this order I e-mailed you that the packaging was disgusting. The carton looked like an elephant had stepped on it and the tape was the only thing that was keeping the cushions from falling out was the tape. Your guidelines said I would be contacted within 48 hours but as yet I have not heard from you. I will not be using this company again.

This is the 2nd time i have had to order these item and each time its costing me more the the 1st time.hope it goes thru this time with out glitches and problems

I was happy with the products but with this pandemic it took so long to receive my order. I'm not used to that I usually get speedy delivery.

Had a cart going but when I returned to it had" NO items cart" then I was unable to find all the stuff I had in it. There was about 10 days that had gone by. The tracking is not good at all.

Received all but the face masks. Very pleased with the quality of the products. Ordering again soon!

Very difficult to process item and quantity to cart. Also was not advised of "processing"fees in advance. Gift recipient was thrilled so it was worth it.
