The order I received came in a timely fashion and the order was packed very well to avoid damage!
I'll probably return the Instant Up Curtain Rod Holders. They didn't fit on some windows and on the windows they did fit, all it took was a slight movement of the curtains to put in tiebacks and they would lift off the corner of the window frame and everything was on the floor!
I found lots of little things that I needed at a good price.
My order was delivered veered and one item was broken. I called customer service and they were very happy to send a credit for the broken item.

I have been very happy with all of the merchandise I have bought from Collections Etc. I have been very happy with the quality/sizing of the clothes I have bought. The only struggle I have had with buying from them has been receiving my order. Two times my order was not shipped. When I called to check, I was told there was a billing problem. There was money in the account. So, I didn't know what would cause that. Other times it has just taken 2-3 weeks to ship. Since I really like the merchandise, I continue to order. I just have to remember that it will probably take quite a while to receive.

Just wish there was a bigger selection on the candle rings but pleased with the two that are available now and they looked as good as the pictures when I received them.
You charged $7 for shipping on a $15 item and then charged an additional $2.25 processing fee that is outrageous. Also the item arrived and was broken, one of the sunflowers was snapped off and I had to braze it back on to the frame.
