I tried to order by phone and the agent was very impatient with my questions about my refund check from a previous order. I decided not to place this new order.Then I decided to place it on line.She acted as if I was bothering her so it was just easier to do it this way.

Had to call in twice because the curtains that came in multiple panels were listed as one width. Wasn't sure if that width size was equal to the total of the multiple panels or individually. It was confusing.
