I was very impressed with the way Collectionset.com dealt with an issue I had when I purchased my first product from the company. I had written a review mentioning that I was shocked at the overall price of the very small item I had purchased and I even had a first time customer 15% discount. There was an unexpected "fee" included that I was not originally aware of. I never asked for the company to change anything; however, after understanding why I was dissatisfied, they on their own responded back to me and we resolved the issue that I was having with the company. I was very happy and very pleased that they took the time to reach out to me and worked with me on the situation.
