I received my order in a very timely manner. Once I opened the box my lamps came in I noticed I did not have the bulbs that were to be included. I contacted collectionsetc. By e-mail and they responded to me very quickly and gave me a $10 refund and told me where I could purchase these light bulbs. I also ordered microwave egg cookers and enjoy using them.
