Ordering is very easy and uncomplicated.

One item is on back order; however, I'm satisfied with the items I received.

Sometimes I will need something and can't find it anywhere else except here so that is why I order from time to time from with this company. And the price is just right for my limit income. I have had no problems with the items that I have ordered from them.

Ballet slippers was not what I expected for $12.99. Didn't like the quality.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I RECEIVED THE RING. IT WAS SENT BACK DUE TO THE SIZE. I HAVE REQUESTED A SMALLER SIZE. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK.

Thought it would be bigger

Two of the items have arrived--waiting for the car seat cover, but I knew that product was back ordered. It was easy to order and the watch and quilt arrived very quickly. No problem

Customer service can not handle calls. It's a process of listen to information I don't want to know and then ask for patience waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes and you claim it is due to the virus. Its a simple case you do not have enough people employed to handle calls.
