I placed my order for (1) bedskirt on 3/27/2016. When I hadn't received it by 4/8/16 I called your Customer Svc & was told that there seemed to be a problem with Paypal & that I should have received an e-mail (from Collections), indicating this. I never received one. I went through ALL of my e-mails including my delete & junk folders & there was NO e-mail from you indicating a problem. I asked your representative to please expidite my order as I was having guests & needed it for my spare bedroom. He said he would see what he could do, but indicated that I had only paid for standard shipping so he didn't think I would receive it until the end of next week. Well, the end of the next week came & STILL no bedskirt. I then called your people again & was told it still had not shipped, but with NO explaination this time. I was quite upset at that point & told your rep (Dalton) to cancel my order & remove me from your mailing/e-mailing list. I will not be ordering from you again. Very dissatisfied!

Don't know which of the two orders placed that day this one is for. Mine I received and well satisfied; the other order was for my daughter and she rec'd 2 items but the third will not be deliverd until mid-JUNE. You should have notified ME of the delay; she has sproadic internet service (and phone) and I only found out today. I would have cancelled that part of the order.
However, I am as usual well satisfied with my portion, skirt, shoes, etc. and the quilt is absolutely beautiful!
