My experience was good.

Easy to find, easy to order and shipping is fast. Have a backorder, but usually have no problem with them sending it to me by the date they specify. They have a wide selection to chose from.

Items always match description, arrive promptly

I don't appreciate a processing fee added to the promo shipping charge.

It is so easy to do. And I haven't received the other part to my order. They said it was shipped and I should get by the 27 of April.

One item I wanted was out of stock, but over all the shopping was good. These turned out to be throw pillows, I thought I was ordering throw pillow covers. For pillows the price was very good. I still would like covers only as I did not really need the pillows.

I've been a paid member for over a year. I was mislead by your false advertising. I was told I would always get free shipping, and your prices were rarely over $14.99.

Just bought the same item, quilted version. Do not like the fleece as it's cheap looking and not tailored enough for my tastes.

It's strange you give me a discount for being a "member" but you charge a processing fee of $2.25! Sometimes I can buy your stuff on Amazon and buy it cheaper.

You all sent me two planter and i could use them. The screws would not fit in the holes. So i payed for them and could not use them.
