My order was complete and on time
Been shopping with Collections for a long time. Have always received quality merchandise at a reasonable and affordable price. Even with shipping, free at times, have never received any broken merchandise, and foremost delivered on time as promised.
Items I ordered took forever to get here. Shipping times are always a problem, unless you pay more for shipping than the item.

I have a hummingbird shower curtain and rug to return. Pretty, but curtain is very thin and very cheap quality. Rug is ok. I also have a Rose Verona Shower Curtain to return...I love it, it's beautiful. But it faded! So I like it so much I have ordered another one, and would like to return the faded one. How do I return these items. I have them wrapped up and ready to go. Surely I do not have to pay for shipping charges. I do order quite a bit from your company.

Most of the items I received were exactly what I wanted and expected in the items I ordered. I love my Butterfly Rose Sharkbite top, Hummingbird Sharkbite Top and Abstract Print Tunic. They are very true to size also. I had purchased another top from you earlier this year and lover that one too. My eyelet bed ruffle was very easy to put on and it was everything I expected. However, the "reversible furniture cover" was not at all what I expected, and I will be returning that item ASAP. I love shopping with Collectionsetc.com. And even though there is one item I wasn't happy with, all of the other items were fantastic.
I enjoy shopping with Collections,etc. The prices are reasonable, I can find unique gifts, and delivery is almost always on time.
I ordered lots of yard decor. Very pleased with the careful packaging of every item.

I have been a well satisfied customer for many years. The merchandise is good quality and you won't find better prices. If there is a problem with an item they will correct it "no questions asked". If I am looking for a particular product and cannot find it elsewhere this is the company I go to. Great service, quality merchandise, and the best prices.
