Always easy to shop
I had issues with the plants when received. The primrose was nothing but a stick, but when I called, the customer service agent explained it was dormant and just needed to be planted. I did that, and am now waiting to see how it goes. The customer service agent assured me I had a one year warranty on the plant, so I was happy. The tomatoes were extremely small, withered, and near dead. I told the agent I would try to revive thme, but they appeared to have been hit with the unexpected late frost during shipment. The agent was very gracious and said to go ahead and try to revive the pants, give them away, throw them away, whatever I wanted, and she would send out a replacement. Again I was very satisfied with the outcome. HOWEVER... the next day I received a voicemail contradicting the agent and saying I had to try to plant the tomatoes first and see how things go. Since that was originally what I had planned, I understood, except... I had already told my daughter if they survived, she could have them. So now what do I do - renege on the deal with my daughter, which is outrageous, or just give her the plants if they survive and have to replace the plants myself? I was fine until your own company contradicted itself. That's a good way to lose customers - moreso than the issues with the plants themselves.

New customer discount was good but not being able to use free shipping on a $275 order is just the same as not getting a discount at all. Add the "processing fee" to shipping and it wont look so much like a scam job.
