Delivery was swift but I haven't used the product yet to fully respond & besides, you need to tell me exactly what was ordered, I believe it was tiles but no where in this message does it say so

Found what I needed at a good price.

The curtains I ordered were received stained. I called and they are shipping me another set of curtains - I have not received them yet. They also sent me a voucher worth the price of the curtains, which I intend to use soon. Wonderful customer service!

Good, fast, good coustomer service interaction. Had one problem with a quilt that had printed design way off. You sent another with same problem. I'm keeping but having to re stitch. Wish your kings were slightly bigger. Have feeling you're getting California King sizes vs. Standard king in many cases.
