Shopping experience is great to deal with.

Color was not what I hoped for. Fabric was too sheer.

Had some difficulty getting my password/email accepted. Advised customer service have NOT heard back but this order has been accepted.
4/30/2016 Problems were corrected and I am VERY pleased with the merchandise!

I used the email that I was sent and it said free shipping... it had just come in my inbox two days earlier. But it didn't give me free shipping. I wrote to the company, they said I used a promo code that expired 2 yrs ago. (which still confuses me since I didn't use a code, the header on the email they sent me said free shipping). But I contacted them and they did adjust my shipping. So I am happy.

I LOVE tea and have several brands and flavors. I had too many boxes on my counter and decided to buy TWO organizers.

Some of the brands don't fit well; but I manage!

The organizers look GREAT on my counter! I should have bout FOUR... one for the overflow bags I still have and one for my daughter's kitchen counter!
