I was extremely disappointed in the slippers. They are hard to keep on my feet since there is no elastic. The cushions were fine.

Received the wrong items, sent them back and still have not received my corrected order. I am NOT happy!

I have purchased from Collections for years and have always been very satisfied with the products that they sell. If an item is broken or not as described, I contact them and they send a replacement right away. I am ALWAYS satisfied with Collections.

I have shopped at Collection, etc, before and have always been satisfied. The only problem I have found, it takes so long to receive an order. Also they never answer their emails.

It was new to me since I hadn't ordered for a while,but it was easy to figure out.
Since my order on April 10, I have received 2 different shipments and waiting on my last skilet to come. I haven't used the items I received yet, because I want to make sure I will receive the whole order first.
