I will be hesitant to purchase from this company in the future because of the extra fees charged.

It does take very long for shipping and the product I needed came to late and now i have to paid for shipping to send product back

The desired products were easily found on this user-friendly website.

I was very satisfied with the items I purchased, especially the dog rug & the dog collection. The clock, with month/day/date on it sure is nice as there is no question any more about the above info when getting up in the morning.

The curtains are very pretty and well made. A very good value for the price. I waited a little longer than I expected for them to be shipped.

It was ok a little miss information about the 99 cent shipping when there is a handling charge added.

I have not used the product yet. I do not have an opinion on it as of yet.

It took longer than I expected for delivery!

If you are asking about the Vortex flying insect trap, it didn't work properly and it's on its way back to Collections, Inc. It would run for about 1-1/2 minutes and then stop. It didn't even trap any flies. I tried it both on my front porch and in the house with the same result - stopping after a minute or so.

Back ordered - took a long time

Sad that many of the table top runners are soldout.

Placing an order was quick and easy. This is my second order I was very pleased with my first.
